I STARTED FOCUSING ON MY OWN HEALTH AND FITNESS AROUND 2012.  RATHER THAN FOLLOWING SHORT TERM FADDY DIETS WHICH FELT LIKE DEPRIVATION, I WANTED TO EAT!!

AT THIS TIME I ALSO DISCOVERED CROSSFIT,  THIS IS A TYPE OF TRAINING THAT REQUIRES STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE AND I WANTED TO SUPPORT MY TRAINING WITH GOOD NUTRITION.  I AM A CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 TRAINER BUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS IN NUTRITION WILL SUPPORT ALL TYPES OF TRAINING AND LIFESTYLES.

I ENROLLED ON THE BTN PRACTICAL ACADEMY IN NUTRITION AND GRADUATED TO BECOME A CERTIFIED BODY TYPE NUTRITION COACH.  I BEGAN WORKING WITH CLIENTS, HELPING AND SUPPORTING OTHERS TO MAKE CHANGES FOR LIFE.
