Artemis gym formally Rochford CrossFit. This box was established in 2017. With CrossFit level 1 and 2 trainers, Opex CCP, BTN nutrition and British weightlifting Qualified coaches. Coached class based gym sessions with a focus toward functional fitness. We provide an all inclusive gym experience, catering for all ages and abilities.”
